School Visits 

I am able to deliver 1 hour, half-day (3 hours), or full-day visits to schools within a 20-mile radius of Brighouse. My visits can include assemblies or sessions with individual classes and I am able to differentiate my sessions so that they are appropriate for children from EYFS through to Y6. 

 

My assemblies and author workshops are always interactive, entertaining and allow the children to ask questions too. I ensure that I focus on inspiring children to read and write.

 

With Y5 and Y6 children, I discuss online safety and how I use social media in a positive way to promote my book. I find that this is a great way to get them thinking about their own digital footprint and how they present themselves online.

I am now offering The Magic of Mindfulness workshops for schools which focus on teaching children about how to look after their mental health and become, calmer, happier and more confident.
